Sue has become a social butterfly.
She started with the over 50s dance group, the Mature Movers, just over 5 years ago and since then is a part of many groups and activities.
With the ladies by her side, she has no need to feel alone.
The Mature Movers are just one of many groups and organisations in Eccles.
Some of the ladies also take part in keep fit classes, tai chi, and community allotments.
No matter where you are based, there are activities and groups that can be found for all ages.
As for the Mature Movers, these ladies do know how to have fun.
If you don't mind dressing up as Rod Stewart, Tina Turner, and as an old fashioned dustbin man, and you are 50+ then sign up!
Sue mentioned that the ladies had bought "blow up boobs" for their Dolly Parton routine,
but unfortunately this was not suitable for some audiences.
